"$49 for full service only for them to half tail washing my truck. Didn't wipe it down. Didn't wipe off the rims. Didn't wipe down my interior. When I complained the guy driving my truck said we only do all that if asked. Tf! So I asked and he took it back thru. It was still a shabby job so I won't be back. I would have washed it myself if it wasn't for my broken toe."
"I went to get inspection sticker. They failed me after I sat in line for an hour. They said I needed new windshield wipers and wanted to sell me some. I had just come from 5 min oil change where they told me the wipers were fine. I needed a bulb in my taillight which they wanted to sell me. I went to Oreilly’s and bought one and they put it in for me."
"Underwhelmed. I won't be paying for the works package ever again unless in a bind. I wanted to treat my car to a nice, thorough cleaning, mainly inside. I get my outside cleaned regularly at another place, but was impressed with the large conveyor belt they put the car on to get the sanitizing spray, and see 3, 4 or 5 people cleaning every inch of the car. It was $50, but figured it would be worth it to get all that done. I was even going to possibly buy that as a Christmas present for my family members. I usually have a lot of stuff in my car, so in preparation, I took everything out. My expectations were not met at all. They did an ok job, but definitely not worth $50. They didn't vacuum thoroughly. There was still stuff not vacuumed, and my car was not a mess at all. I didn't need this for the majority of the car. I wanted this for all the nooks and crannies that I don't ever get to. I figured with that many hands, they must do a better job than I ever could. And, they must get those windows and dash and console really clean. Nope. If you're a busy parent with a really messy/dirty car...or your unable or unwilling to clean your car yourself, this will be fine. I'm a youngish, physically capable man that can do it myself...but I wanted a professional job and was willing to pay for a good thorough cleaning since my car hasn't had that in a few years. I did not get that. I would have rathered spent 2 hours on a Saturday or Sunday myself, with the right vacuum accessories, and taking the time it takes to actually get the windows really well done...and armor all the whole thing. I rarely clean the parts of my car that are only visible when the doors or trunk are open...where the rubber gaskets sit when you close your doors and trunk. Those get dirty and black. They wiped SOME of it with a rag...but if i had a white rag, me cleaning after them, that rag would be black when I was done. Instead of a 100% job...they do maybe a 60 to 70% job. This is all about expectations. You don't get what you pay for. I'm not sure how much a detailing by 1 or 2 people for an hour or so would be, but if that was $100, that should be better than this. Just WAY too much for what it actually is. And yes...I did have my inspection sticker done...and the lady that processed my car....my goodness gracious. Another reviewer had a similar experience, and I'm pretty sure it was the same person. No smile...no chit chat...nothing positive or nice about her demeanor. She should not be doing anything that involves dealing with the public, bc that is not her strong suit. Another guy fixed my window after he noticed a crack. Helped get my insurance company on the phone. He was good. Little chit chat, took care of something I didn't even think about or was aware of."
"Probably one of the busiest Bennys usually. Staff is good about helping people through the gate and then onto the track to enter the wash. Soap scents differ usually, I guess it depends when they refill it. Sometimes it’s strong, sometimes it’s not. I wish the interior drive through was a bit more convenient, instead of having to drive around the people at the air station."
