"Very expensive, and pushy admin staff (sending a letter/texts for 1 month's payment, even if I always pay at my next scheduled appt). Also, I only see Dr. Fruge for 4minutes and just talk to an assistant or admin staff the other times. When I was in Chicago, I interacted directly with the orthodontist the entire visits 90% of the appt's time. Perhaps if they had less admin staff /assistants then they wouldn't charge so much."
