"In 2018 my parents had to get a windshield repair here, which we entrusted to Honda services to replace the windshield. Fast-forward to 2022, a leak caused us to seek repair for the same windshield. My parents sought out Honda services once again to diagnose the problem. The person that took an hour just to diagnose that leak, attributed it to a crack. However, our insurance luckily had us go to another shop for diagnosis and repair in order to cover the costs. The real cause was that the technician that placed the new windshield in 2018 did not prime the glass correctly and left the windshield loose. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional that the glass was not placed correctly in the first place, and secondly for not diagnosing the problem correctly when they sought to repair a second time."
"We were explaining to them an issue that happened with my sons car after an oil change the change was not done at their location , we were not accusing them of anything, we were just trying to explain exactly what happened and get the issue fixed. We were not asking them to pay for it either, we were going to ask the person who actually did the all change which is a location that we use quite frequently. The staff was very rude they were very accusatory insinuating that we were lying about what may be happened. We have no reason to lie about what happened we were not trying to get them to pay for anything we were just trying to understand whether or not this was an issue with this particular car and was it something that could be fixed because this was the second time that this has occurred. We will avoid at all cost doing any business with this service department."
"We made an appointment over 2 weeks ago for a popping noise our passenger door was making. We have to drive over an hour and a half to get to this dealership. We explained our passenger door was no longer making a noise but could they check it out to see if it possibly needed an adjustment. Stephanie basically told us if our car door wasn’t making the noise we said it was there was nothing they could do about it. If we wanted to leave it we could but we’d just have to wait and again, if the door wasn’t making the popping noise had been, there was nothing they could do. She was extremely rude and DID NOT care. We will say this, this will be the last vehicle we buy from here because of the service department. If this is the kind of service provided we will not be buying another vehicle which we usually do every 2-3 years."
