"Meineke over charged me $700. Replaced rear brakes and rear brake pads. I did not authorize. Meineke Beaumont TX charged my credit card. They are thieves. They are not trustworthy. I will never go there again. Zero stars. Stay away."

That has been several weeks ago, and it is still going great! The staff is very friendly, polite, and professional. Their service is outstanding."

"I needed my thermostat serviced on a Saturday, so I called Meineke. It started with the lady I spoke to, she was so pleasant and fit me in for 10am. I was greeted by a very nice young lady. She asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle or coming back. I told her that I would have to wait for it. I joked by saying that I had a book to read and if I ran out of coffee I would fill up my cup. She said if the coffee was too strong, she would make another pot. After they diagnosed my car, it wasn’t long before it was ready. A very nice man came and explained what he did and thanked me for being a first time customer. This was such a great experience and I will definitely be going back and telling others what an awesome experience I had at the Meineke on Major Drive in Beaumont!!"
