"I had two vehicles tinted here. I had a problem with one of the vehicles with the tint bubbling. I stopped by and talked to the owner and he said it would be no problem to fix that it had a lifetime warranty and I scheduled a time to bring the vehicle in to get fixed. I showed up at the time agreed to and the owner was not there. The guy said he would be there soon. I waited a bit then walked down to the burger place and ate. After that I walked back to the tint shop and another guy was there and said the owner would not be in, that he was out in the field doing a job. He wrote down my name and number and said he would give it to the owner. The owner never did call me back and now I will have to take the vehicle to another place and get it fixed. I live 45 minutes from the tint shop and very seldom go to jennings. Hopefully the owner will refund me for the one vehicle. The other vehicle I have not had any problems with."
