"The mechanic was very rude and ripped me off! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Charged me 300 just to drive 10 miles and didn’t touch my truck very bad business!"

"Caught a flat tire .7 miles away and made it to there shop around 5:45 am. Their signs in front of their building along with Google states they are open 24/7 . The phone number posted on both as well rings however no one answers nor responded to text Messages. The voicemail indicates that it is a cell phone which has a lady voice name Katie. ( sorry if spelled wrong) the voicemail is full. This review is taken 1/10/24 at 9:45 am as normal business hours for trucking are usually open around then so I have given up on waiting around without having any knowledge of if this is even an active truck shop. . I see they usually respond to reviews they feel are negative. This is not a negative review it’s just the situation I’m having dealing with them as I’m parked outside their locked gate . They share the land with some who works in the back and he said it’s an active warehouse he just doesn’t know their schedule. Would have been an ideal situation but no one seems to want to come to work today on a beautiful Wednesday. . Before sending the review , I had to call another body shop and have to pay for road side service as well. Around 10:35 Josh magically appears fussing because the other mechanic starts to change the tire in front of the gate I was park. To Josh defense I understand his argument of not wanting another service done by outside party I front of his gate , but as I stated I’ve been outside his gate since 5:45 trying to get service. As he’s fussing with the mechanic I notice it and intervene and explain what happened. He goes on to say I should have called him. Multiple sources of his company only has one number listed that goes to the voicemail of Katie . I explain that his number is listed no where and he repeats his self as if I’m supposed to guess his number . He then try’s to fuss that the building and open lot next to his is private property and I need to go to truck stop on two blown out drive tires . Lucky the mechanic that showed up within 10 mins knew the owner and received permission to let him change his he tires on their property. JOSH face was sour but hey . Overall they are not 24/7 nor does Katie answer her calls nor text as I’ve tired with 3 different numbers . I told Josh I ended up blowing the horn once and he goes on to say how disrespectful that is . Me trying to get business from him was disrespectful. Hhhmm I would truly rate this a negative 1 or a zero at least. It google doesn’t offer that. Not sure how he is with other customers maybe of his color so I can’t speak on his worth ethic or anything just the experience I had waiting and trying to get service from his business and it’s been a 6 hour wait for nothing . Check out Guidry’s tire and roadside service llc as they are close by and offer get and fast customer service . If you see a bad review on them that’s after 1/10/24 it’s probably someone within Road bound & down truck company. As he told me he’s been up since yesterday and I’ve stated I was also up since yesterday so he goes oh I should make a review of you driving all yesterday and today. Sir anger is not the way to go as o wasn’t driving all day I said I’ve been up all day . Big difference but hey, he let his rage take over a bit but life goes on. Again I wish no bad on his business he just needs to learn better customer service and put numbers for people that will actually value his company as he does . Time is now 10:45 . Again I have no idea how his actually work is but from his business standpoint it may not be to far off . They do have plenty of parking for truck and trailer though it that helps anyone ."

"Just would like to say very honest and kind individual that will do everything in your best interest. Katie and Josh are awesome, very knowledgeable and very sufficient, will get you back and running at any means necessary. Thanks for taking care of me , and going the extra miles to help me , the truck is running like it ran before the issue it had thank you guys a million, and I pray someone will always look over you guys and thank you James as well , for recommending them ."

"Had a tire come off the bead right up the road on a Peterbilt. Brought it to Josh at Road Bound & Down and he was able to get me going within 30 minutes. Highly recommend. They’ll take care of you. Thank you guys!!"

"Stopped by with my dad to have some work done on our small trailer, they told us they don’t usually work on small trailers but since we’re not from this area and couldn’t make it to somewhere else they worked on our trailer anyway. The staff was SO WELCOMING, everyone there were great people. They helped make a bad situation so much better."
