"When you are calling for a tow it’s never a good day. I was on my way to Beaumont TX and had to use the “SOS” call button on the car. The terrible event seemed to go from bad to worse when I was told that no one could get the car until Monday. After fretting about the situation and nearing panic mode I received a call that Car Wars Towing & Transport would get the car within an hour. After I was contacted by the driver, he assured me that I could leave the key and he would take care of the rest so my wife and I could continue our days activities. I left the key and carried on with my day. I got timely text messages throughout the process, and even a picture of the car being loaded. After the car arrived at the dealership, I got a call. I thought it was to tell me that the mission was completed, and it was, it was also to inform me that I had left my house keys on the car key. The driver offered some option and agreed to meet me and give me the keys… how cool was that!!? Not only had this team taken the task of coming to get the car, loading it safely and delivering it to the dealer, but he went the proverbial extra mile to give me my keys. My day started out horrible, but this guy made sure I had something to smile about at the end. Faith in humanity can sometimes be challenging, it is so refreshing to have teams like this that are doing what they can to hold the line."
