"I'm very very disappointed got my car fixed then fast-forward to last Thursday car dies after they look at it I'm right around the corner from my home I push my car to the parking lot across from my home they send a mechanic to come look I'm fine with that but here's when things go different they towed my car there the next morning they call me explain what they looked at and told me due to it not being what they fixed it was charged for the tow fee now i was told they would bring it to another shop they recommended I wouldn't be charged called the other place they weren't able to take it till Tuesday fast-forward to Tuesday I walk up there and they see if they have a chain or tow strap they didn't so they called a tow truck had it towed they paid for it I'm fine with that now my issue is that if I was going to get charged both times I would have just pushed my car to my yard and left it get charged 95.59 and then gonna end up getting charged again when Friday they told me they would bring it to the other shop I'm definitely not longer going back there"

"I had some issues with the work they did originally but the manager took care of it without hesitation and without further costs. I was expecting to get mad and walk out unhappy but they said don't worry we will make it right."

"So look customer service Hass to be a must here. Passing through from out of town had a blow out on my dodge dualy while pulling a 32 ft trailer well this place was the closest place to my driver goes in and speak to a lady name Anna explains to her he’s from out of town and he had a blowout on the bosses tow truck so me being the boss I am says hey ask Hannah if they will take a credit card over the phone and we will just buy four brand new tires. Anna’s response is absolutely not. We don’t do that. So instead of purchasing for tires, we were only able to purchase one because my employee didn’t have enough money. So now the back of my dualy has one oddball size tire. And now I learned that there was another service advisor that told my driver that they take credit cards over the phone all the time. This is just an example of how people do not have great if it is a company policy it needs to be posted somewhere in the facility that they don’t take credit cards over the phone or take credit cards. Something is better than nothing. I am appreciative. We were able to get back on the road but my driver feels it was very apparent that Anna does not have great customer service which in return is why I will be spending a minimum of $800 with another company for four brand new tires"

"Service was speedy. Price was fair. But for tire rotate and balance, one would think the air pressure should be checked as well and it clearly wasn't. Each tire was at a different inflation level from 32 to 37."
