"Our service advisor he was great the mechanics don't care about your vehicle dirty footprints inside the door on both sides and floorboard the passenger seat was laid down for whatever reason. The saleswoman was suppose to get an appraisal on the truck and told her what we were looking for and a specific color. It was there from Saturday -Friday and she forgot about the appraisal but sends pictures of everything except what we are asking for. The only positive thing at Hixson for me was the the service advisor."
