"The mechanic did not put the oil cap back on the vehicle and oil splashed everywhere. They did not offer a courtesy car washing and want us to get the car washed and get reimbursed later."

"Worst experience ever. I was working with a car salesman who ran my credit etc and told me the car was mine and he pulled it off the lot. The following day I was informed this car salesman no longer worked there (I was going that day at 2PM to sign paperwork and pick it up). When I called to speak with the new car salesman (who the previous car salesman referred me to) to make sure I could pick up my car at 2PM and sign the paperwork he told me the car had been sold and the previous car salesman didn’t do what he needed to do to pull the car for me. He said he heard his manager tell him that I needed to sign paperwork electronically or make a down payment (I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS). The manager never reached out to let me know this himself and in fact I never spoke with the manager. After I was told the car had already been sold they told me “they would make it right and find me a car”. I wanted a white vehicle with a certain trim level. They apparently looked all over the internet and couldn’t find me a white one at all and I was told I would need to order one. I found a white one in Houston after being on the phone with a dealership for 5 minutes. Long story short, don’t waste your time here. They do not care about their customers and have no want to make anything right. Go elsewhere!!!"
