"Always do a terrific job fixing our damaged vehicles."
"Mr. Ben is a retired Command Sgt Major of the Army, so he runs a tight ship. Very pleased with the quality of work that I received, and was updated often on the progress of the work. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!"
"The repairs took less time than expected, and the service was great. The only draw I can see is that they are in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road. I would still take my vehicle there for any repairs. The service and quality of work alone are worth it."
"They did an amazing job my truck looks like it’s a brand new truck and they took care of some tiny minor details that I had asked for help on. They will definitely be my first pick in the future if I’m needing work done"
"I would give these folks 4-5 stars for the work they do but one star or less for their lack of customer service and not treating me, the customer, with the same respect I showed to them. They were not rude in any way but simply did not do what they said within the time frame given to me AND communication about it was all one-sided...I had to do all the calling and checking and pushing for specific information. I do understand that sometimes there are circumstances that might be beyond the control of a business; if that does happen, though, it is the responsibility of those at the business to keep the customer updated along the way. And in this case, I was not given any intimation during any of the calls that I made that this delay was related to sickness, injury, etc., on the part of any of the staff. My vehicle was there early on a Monday morning--the day I was told to have it there--and should have been returned to me on Friday. It was not ready and nobody called to tell me. I had to call and ask. I fully believe that after it had been sitting there for 5 days that the work had not even commenced on it...we could have had the vehicle in our possession for our use for several more days. It just doesn't make any sense. If you have a vehicle that you don't actually need to drive on a regular basis and feel okay with dropping it off and waiting until they can get around to it, then you might be satisfied, as their work appears to be adequate (although there is no longevity on the repairs done to my vehicle as of yet, so time will tell how it holds up in the long run). If, however, you need your vehicle back within the time frame you are quoted, then you might have a problem. Don't hesitate about calling them twice a day from the first day forward if you want to know what is going on. I did not do that because I did not want to be a bother and because I trusted them...now I know better. Bottom line: Their prices are fair and their work seems to be good. Customer service and respect is severely lacking, though--probably not intentionally but then again we have all been customers at some point, so I believe they should understand the customer's side of things and what they might like if THEY were the customer. If that is important to you, go elsewhere. I am a stickler for doing what I say when I say and for my word being good. That is how I approached these folks and expected to get the same in return, and I am just very hurt and disappointed and feel foolish because my husband wanted to use another body shop in town, but I chose these folks :( They did give my husband a discount on the price quoted as some type of compensation for our dissatisfaction after he brought up the idea...and he took the money...I personally don't like the idea of being "bought off"...I'd far prefer paying the agreed-upon price and just being treated fairly and with respect to begin with and no amount of money can make up for the emotional trauma of being disrespected."
