"I don't like it when a business says that they're going to do something and don't do it. They don't communicate or call back most times. Ain't no possible way you call for a ride at 1 and they can't come until 10. You really would have to go through an act of Congress just to get a ride two or three miles away from where you are and get charged 30 bucks. Ijs it's my experience can you speak for everyone else"
