"Extremely knowledgable, tech did installs for Safelite before forming his own business. Fantastic customer service. Found out early on my windshield was uncommon and I likely wouldn't be able to get the replacement done with him since it was hard to get the glass. This guy still tried to help me out for another 20 min, referring me to other companies and even gave me a breakdown of some of the finer details when I inquired about the feasibility of salvaging a windshield on my own. He stressed how the leak that developed was probably due to previous faulty install, not the need for a new weather seat. I was very impressed with his knowledge and explanations of the process and components, and his kindness to take time out to help me even though it was extremely unlikely he would be getting the immediate business. Ill try back next time I need new glass, and in the meantime recommend him to anyone who asks!"
