"I absolutely loved this place. My daughter never fought about having to go to back without me and she would come out happy. So we moved away and just recently moved back and scheduled her and I was so excited to go back. I was even planning to go check out my daughter from school and drive 40 mins to her appt and fill out paperwork for my son so they can start seeing him also but then I couldnt make it because I work for myself and had a client that needed to come at that same time. So i called as soon as they opened to reschedule to another day and the woman informed me that if I call to cancel or reschedule again that they will no longer be able to see us. I was upset so I said but this is my first time and I'm a singke mom of 2 kids working 2 jobs. She didnt budge and just stuck to her words and was being really rude. So I ended up rescheduling any way to next week but couldnt think about facing her in person because i was so hurt so I cancelled and will be finding a place closer to where i live. I'm sorry the dentist has to pay for the woman on the phone."
