"Has to be the worst burgerking i have ever been to. Understaffed and poor food I sat there in the drive thru and watched the order taker just set and stare off into space instead of taking my order This includes alot of people infront of me left also as he did the same Only reason they even have good time numbers is because they make drivers set far enough away that the timer doesnt pick us up."

"manager had nothing but excuses why she had us wait for 40!! minutes to not tell us our order wasn't bagged. when in fact our order wasn't even made. we had a fairly small order. then she hands us coffee and proceeds to tell us she upgraded our hashbrowns, neither of which we ordered, even after I provided my receipt. nothing was offered except a SORRY apology and more excuses. still waiting to hear from corporate to see if the same response is received."

"Late night stop at Burger King! I'm not a fan of fast food. It serves its purpose and is usually predictable. This time, I was in for a treat. I always ask for extra mayo because it's a very dry burger. And they usually don't put enough. I asked for extra extra. Well, I got xxextra. It was probably the best whopper I've had. Bread, meat, and everything was fresh. I was impressed. Wish every whopper was this good."

"Absolutely appalling experience. Long story short... I ordered with the mobile app and selected 2:50 pm for my pickup time. As I arrived at 2:49 according to the app my order was ready. There was no one else in the drive through and seemingly an empty parking lot. When I got to the window I was told, "you have to back up behind the line until it's ready". I paused and he just stared me down and repeated himself. So I backed up and was checking email, social media and then more than 10 mins later, I was more than halfway through reading a lengthy article until a truck pulled up behind me. So I pulled up to the window again and I was greeted with an attitude I told him, "the app said my order was complete when I got here at 2:49" and he said, "well it's not there's only two of us here and she had to go to the bathroom." Baffled in disbelief, I just asked for a refund. (Because, if she's been in the bathroom that long, and they were so unprofessional, I could only imagine she probably didn't even wash her hands). He went tell his coworker and she came and said she couldn't give a refund because I ordered online. She then said your food is right there, you want it or not, I can't give you a refund. I said if it's right there I'll take it. She then grabbed my food and Literally smashed the bag into my hands while saying rudely, "have a nice day" and shut the window. I was speechless & stunned even more in disbelief. (Thinking, "did that really just happen???)"

"Minus the fact my nuggets were not spicy everything was okay. First time vistor to this Burger King There is ample parking, nice window seating Very clean. Great lightning no matter where you sat. Service was good. My meal was decent. The only thing was missing was sweet tea so I had to settle for a soda."
