"I have a 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ . That have a misfiring situation. I submitted to them thinking that it needed spark plugs. That was July 2023 for sparks plugs , get my car . Still misfiring so I get back intouch with service about the issues. I was to bring it in , and I did so few months , due to being to busy , February 2024 . Ran a logical diagnostic and was stating my toque converter bad with two options toque converter $2100 or Transmission $6100 . I did my research with mechanics over the phone to youtube , my issue is coil packs. And not a toque converter or transmission. With all it said I believe I have been taking advantage of . And once I put my vehicle in the shop to get that situation fix . Once it comes out the body and paint shop . If the shop says no spark plugs has not been replaced and if that diagnosis is inaccurate of what they said . I’m getting intouch with Courtesy Chevrolet Chevrolet of Ruston . And asking to be refunded for my tune up I had in July 2023 and also falsified diagnostic I had last month February 2024 . I work to hard to be legally rob that’s illegally. So if no cooperation I have to get a lawyer, to be reimbursed. Everyone in life doesn’t get treated with courtesy. I’m a man of God , and everyday it’s a spiritual warfare"
