"We had taken my car to Ark La Tex collision to get an estimate. They dismissed us because we were paying out of pocket and not through insurance. Through insurance they can jack the price up. It also took them 2 days to tell me my frame was bent and never gave us an estimate(which is all I wanted to know). We took it here and within 10 minutes the guy gave us a total and was very professional and friendly! MADE SURE we were taken care of! Go to these guys! They will take care of you in a heartbeat!"
