"They messed up my tire pressure sensor or didn't reset it. Understandable. But when I went back to see if the problem could be fixed. The owner had an attitude. First thing he say isn't (hello, hi, can I help you) it was " I'm not going to argue with you. Then he told me " if I take the tire off and the sensor is still there you pay me again for putting on your tire.". I know it's there but is it broke or did you forget to reprogram it was the question. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Bad vibes"
"Called on a Saturday morning to see if they had my tire size in stock, they did, and their price beat everyone elses as well! Made the 20 minute drive and they had me fixed up in no time. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be using their services next time we are in the marker for a new tire or 4!"
"Tony and the guys at Minden Tire Center are true professionals. I had a bad experience at another shop getting my tires and they acted like they didn’t care if they did the job or not. So I called MTC on my way back into town and they said “come on in, we’ll get you taken care of” and boy did they I wasn’t even there 15 minutes, literally 15 minutes and they have all my tires mounted, balanced and installed in my vehicle!! Awesome tire business, awesome professional and super fast service!!! Thank you guys, God bless y’all!! Also, Tony mentioned checking out his brother’s shop, Interstate Tires in Shreveport. Tony works there as well as here, and they do financing at his brothers shop if you need it! Just awesome, can’t say enough grest things!!"
