"This towing company was the worst I've ever dealt with. They are in business with Douglas parking to illegally tow vehicles and then charge you to get your vehicle back. I was told it was my fault my vehicle got told cause I didn't read the sign that only says monthly parking as an option not as that lot is only that. I pay my 10 buck and I should parked 50 ft to the right but it wasn't clear at all. The owner of this company said they have been doing business with Douglas parking from downtown for 10 years and pays Douglas parking for any money they collect by illegally towing vehicles. This company is very shabby and is running a scam against hard working honest citizens. I would stay far I from this company."
