Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Lobby was locked no one answered the drive through. Saw an employee inside cleaning tables. But if the lobby was closed how dirty could it be? No signs saying they were closed. She looked amused when I gestured if they were open. Don’t worry other chicken places were open. Also I can see why this store has a 3.2 stars I guess the owners don’t care. That’s ok too I’ll look into who owns it and report them directly to Popeyes corporate and let them know their brand is being destroyed in Marshall texas."

"Wish I could comment on the food but I wasn't able to order any. Went to drive thru and the menu was completely blank. I looked at the menu on my phone but multiple attempts to order failed because the speaker was not working. Not ready to give up, I tried to go inside to order. But the door is locked with a sign saying drive thru only. Ummm, can the manager not see the flaws in this? I'm not sure how they can possibly be selling any chicken to customers. I took my business a block away to Texas Fried Chicken."

"Drive through staff were great. Long wait time for food due to severe under staffing. There were only two people on duty cooking and serving the counter and the drive-thru. Management needs to do something about this for the customers and the staff."

"I ordered 4 apple pies, I paid for 4 apple pies, I waited 10 minutes to get the apple pies. I live out of town, when I got home, I had 2 apple pies. I called the store the phone did not get answered. It's very embarrassing when your telling your family their getting apple pies and the people who are supposed to get your order right according to what you paid for failed to do their job . I'm not at all happy with Popeyes."

"I have not been to Popeyes in awhile and I was dissatisfied with how the service was. Before the food got to me, it was cold but it still tasted good. The manager has her hands tied and I wish her the best, but the service was not up to par. Furthermore, my soda was flat and they ran out of ice. They wasn't even busy but the service was still slow. I wish I could have had a better experience but I'm hoping the next time I come to Marshall, I will enjoy the service."
