I was standing for maybe 4 min and observed him help quite a few customers with a smile, repeating the orders, thanking them, recommending the extra gallon of tea with family packs. I think he’s been here for years and have never had a bad experience from him. Keeper!!!"

"Check your bag and receipt! We gave our gift card and credit card for the difference and were told they can't process that. We luckily had cash and gave cash for the difference. After leaving we realized that they forgot our fries and they never used the gift card and instead, charged our credit card. We only went here since we had a gift card and don't live near one, so this was a waste for us."
