"I really hate to write negative reviews. This location gets an extra star for the staff being friendly, however if it weren’t for that they would be getting a 1 star based off of the work done to my vehicle. Our brand new 4Runner was backed into so we needed the bumper fixed. We brought it in to caliber and they did what needed to be done. When we picked up the car, there were runs in the paint, overspray on the back end, and burrs within the paint. I brought it back, my husband wrote in the survey exactly what needed fixed and he spoke to I believe the manager explaining exactly what needed fixed as well. I was called and told it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up, the runs in the paint were still there, the overspray was still there, and they had simply scraped off the burrs leaving a scratch in the bumper. See the first 3 photos. I did not even take photos of the runs in the pint at this point. Then we were told they would make it right. So I once again went without a vehicle as I was told they were going to repaint at this point. When we went to pick up my car again, after I explicitly asked on the phone “there are no scratches on the paint and the runs are gone?” I was told yes, the person on the phone checked, the painter checked, and the manager checked. Upon arriving, the overspray was cleaned and 2 runs were gone, but there is a new run in the paint along with other scratches on the bumper and now on the piece of my vehicle above the bumper. See the remaining photos. We were leaving town so did not have the time to have them “fix” it again as we had little faith there would not just be more scratches by leaving it with them again. I had already dropped this vehicle off with them 3 times at this point and we felt we couldn’t trust when they tell us there are no scratches or runs, as obviously 3 people had “checked” but did not see the mistakes made. Very kind people, but at the end of the day, kindness does not make up for poor work that we paid for in money and a lot of time wasted. Just to still come home with a scratched up bumper"

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. The courtesy and professionalism shown by the staff at Caliber Collision was like none I had ever seen. From Lisa at the front desk to Chris and Demetrius ( hope I spelled his name right) everything was done to make sure that I was informed of what was happening in the process of getting my truck repaired. I will VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND to EVERYONE if you need body work go see the good folks at Caliber Collison they will treat you right.."
