"Took truck in no power lost everything in cab was told needed bcm paid for repair got it back truck still had issues returned for my diagnostic (should be classified as rework) stated needed to contact insurance so I did had over 10k in repairs completed got truck back after few weeks and a rain decided to double check repair passenger side floor was wet yet again took it back and was told was completely unrelated and would be 2500 to fix damages over phone show up to get info and service manager tells me it’s not what was said over the phone and he needed more time to verify get a call back truck is ready get their get spoken down to as if my insurance is any different then me paying the bill and wouldn’t work on covering bill due to it being rework this service department is a joke paid my bill and will never use this dealership again my insurance company doesn’t even have it on a authorized shop list how sad of a place do you have to be as a dealer that an insurance company doesn’t recommend you got truck home to find everything they touched was either loose improperly installed or broken"

"Do not go here for service! They use the wrong size socket on lug nuts for tire rotation and ruin them. It damages the outer chrome cover, then your lug wrench will not fit. It will take the size for truck to get the car lug nuts off if you have a flat. Also, the air filter was not being checked during years of service there and ended up with stalling from dirty throttle body. No integrity. Stay away. In response to dealership response. This happened on our 2021 Explorer on first oil change there. Car has never been anywhere else, so you are wrong.... I am smart enough to know what happened to the lug nuts. I stand by this review 100% and was a long time customer. Look it up!!"
