"My friend I was shopping with hallen to pick up a candle that was full of liquid and it went all over her hand, arm and elbow and floor. My friend reached out to an employee just a couple feet away and told her of her situation. The employee couldn't care less. My friend asked for a wet rag or cloth and the employee suggested up front. My friend told her she was no help. The employee made a tisk sound and kept working. At some point I saw.my friend at the check out and she told me what happened. I immediately saw what looked like a MANAGER who immediately offered a wet cloth, any assistance etc. She took care ofy friend. We told her some wax was spilled in the back. She took care of it. Asked if she was ok! See that's a good manager. Take note"
