"The most rudest I’ve ever been treated at place of business…. Ever! From ordering to paying to getting the wrong food, food just thrown in the bag. Just all around bad additude from beginning to end. I asked the lady why she was acting like this and she said just be happy with what you got and leave please. I’d be so embarrassed if this was my business and I had employees acting this way. From the look of the other reviews here this seems like a normal practice here . What a shame."

"We dined inside. Every table was nasty and floor had food on it My wife asked for some napkins because they were none near the drink machine. She also asked for a rag to wipe the table down. Red headed lady I guess the manager rolled her eyes and told some kid he had to do it. We heard a lot of complaints about the management not caring. Food was so so. Our first , last time not ever going back"

"Came through there last Wednesday 15/11/2024 about noon and was with my elderly father in-law and wife. From the time we walked in it was a circus. My father in-law stood at the counter for 5min without one of the two employees standing at the counter even acknowledging his existence. Then it got flat out pathetic when the brunette wearing glasses and a red purse looks at the redhead she is standing there with and says, “this is F’ing Bull S’, I aint wasting my F’ing break waiting on my food, I am gonna clock back in and get my F’ing ten minutes I have been waiting here. Bet I am gonna take my whole break after I get my food”. The conversation went on about how F’d up management is for not firing that employee who is stealing, but not like they would hire someone to replace them. And the larger redhead just nodded along until the manager came up and told the duo they had to make their own food cause they are busy. While your two ladies were doing this my wife showed my father in-law how to use the self ordering machines and we waited a good bit for our food. The only good from this is our order was actually right and made well, but with the way the employees act there is no way I would ever come back."

"If I could do less than 1 star I would the lady with the pins on her visor was rude and another women yelled at us saying we need to to take food that wasn’t even ours!!! They continued to yell at us and ignore us whenever we would walk up to the counter. Very annoying and rude!!!!”no one has anything better to do with there life” was told to us for eating here."
