"I went in to look at shoes and found 2 pair I like. I asked if they ship because I was in town on business and flying out the next day. I was told yes so I purchased and was told after I paid , they ship if I purchase online which I knew because that is how I get all my Skechers. I ask why she told me they didn't ship after I purchased and she said " I (the customer) SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARER!! Really. Cancelled the purchase and returned the shoes."

"Today is our first visit at this location. The gentleman was very good and smiling all the time however his lady co worker was horrible. My baby through up some milk at the store and I immediately apologized for the same and ask for some tissue paper to clean it up from the floor. The sales lady was kinda making her face and provided some paper towel and then I ask for some Hand sanitizer to clean my hand she again said something to me which I didn’t get but I told her it may be due to sudden weather change my baby was felt uneasy and throughs up. She immediately rudely replied “then you should not take your baby out” Really????!!! I don’t know what authority she have say that rudely to me. Such a horrible experience!!! I feel some people do not get what is called a customer service in USA. She really needs a customer handling training. Not coming back to this particular store again."

"Today was my second time visiting this location. First time back in December the employee there was much pleasant and nice. Today I make a stop there to make a new purchase. Customer Service was horrible the moment i walked in the door. Associate whispered something to her coworker when I was ready to go browse to see if I could find something. No patience at all when I was checking out, instead of helping em where there was confusion she just stands there standing and breathing hard rushing me and rushing me out of the door practically shoving my bags on the counter. If you don’t want to take the time to help customers or be in retail then you need to find a new career. Assoc 103350"
