"Eden at the second window was amazing. No one has ever stopped before handing me my overfilled drinks until last night. She saw it was over full before handing it to me and fixed it. Then also gave me extra napkins just in case she didn't take enough out, which no employee has ever done at any location without me asking. Other employees and employers can learn from this young lady."
"Hey corporate. Putting 6 ppl in the mobile order area when they went thru drive thru is cutting your time by alot but it still takes 10-15 mins and no counter so it looks soooo good on paper And then if you don't get the order right it's another 10 minutes inside while being asked twice what I ordered which was a plain Quarter Pounder and a 10-piece McNugget one of the toughest meals out there"
"Overall the experience was poor. This REALLY surprised me, since I've ALWAYS had great experiences at this McDonald's in the past. There wasn't a line in the drive-thru when I got there, and the female order taker working the drive-thru was quick and friendly taking the order. I pulled up to the 1st window to pay for the food, and before she was able to say a single word to me, another employee (not a manager) walked up to where we were and started talking to her...about nothing work-related. It was loud enough for me, and probably everyone in the kitchen, to hear. After a minute or so the other employee walked away. She then said her hellos, verified the order, and collected payment. Before she could give the change and receipt for my order, yet another employee (unsure if it was a manager or not). They were whispering to each other, giggling, and looking to see if any other employees were looking at them. I guess the drive-thru worker told the other employee that I was at the window, because the other employee looked at me and then said "Oh, okay. Whatever!" and walked away. I received my change and she walked away, not saying anything else to me. I told her "Thank you!" but no response. I pulled to the next window. I was handed my drink and was asked to "pull up" to wait for the food (1 large fry, extra ketchup packets and napkins, and a "free" pie that was offered to me by an employee). It took around 5 minutes before someone walked the food to my vehicle. I asked her if the extra napkins and ketchup were in the bag, which she replied ”yes," and then walked back into the restaurant. Needless to say, there were no napkins (not a single one), no ketchup (not a single packet), and no pie (free or otherwise) in my bag. And the fries were lukewarm, at best. You would think the food would be hot and fresh due to the wait, and the fact that they were not busy when I ordered, paid, and "pulled up." But by this time they had a long line forming very quickly. So I cut my losses, ate 2 fries, tossed the rest into the trash because they were not fresh or hot, and I didn't have any of my much beloved ketchup. I drove away, saddened by the fact I didn't get to enjoy my order of McDonald's fries. I'm putting this under "an off moment" for this McDonald's, and will try again soon. I will also update this review if things are back to normal for this particular McDonald's. Thank you."
"So we order at the drive thru window, pay and was asked to pull up and wait for our order. There was no one behind us and now there are 2 more cars waiting for their food after us. What is going on here??? We waited over 15 minutes only to have our food cold. We asked the young lady to get us fresh fries and she had an attitude and grabbed the fries out of my husband's hands. Didn't say one thing tonus and walked away. This is why I dislike McDonald's. Never fails..... When you're driving out of town you have limited options."
