"Went her to grab a product quickly that I needed. Saw a sale on towels. There were 3 Grey with a tag under them for $3. Then 4 or 5 blue with a tag for $3 under them as well. I grabbed all of them since it goes with my bathroom theme. Bring them to the register they ring up a combined $40. I said these were promoted as $3 each. The store manager must be having a bad day because she was absolutely unnecessarily combative. She tells me that those are not sales towels sales towels are all the way to the end. Ma'am that isn't where your sales signs are. She get rather an ugly tone of voices and tells me yes it is. I'm wrong. Do I need her to show me. No because I can read, I know where I grabbed those towels from, and there is no need to be ugly. Needless to say I'd rather not shop here again. Got my items and left while she was walking away still running off at the mouth. I don't believe a store manager needs to be ugly like that. Needless to say I didn't get the towels as well. Absolutely need to work on customer service skills and communicating with thr customers. I'm a big supporter of FD and it is the only dollar store I shop at in my home town but there services have been less than impressive. Not to mention this store is full of stuff in the aisle and sorely lacking product."

"Cleanest most well-organized and well-stocked store. Aisles are wide enough for two people to pass! No boxes stacked in the aisles blocking traffic. Friendliest staff ever"
