"At 5:15pm me and my son came in to purchase a few shoes after asking Eric for help he blankly looked at me and lied stating the shoe wasn’t in stock without checking! 2 min later management was able to get the same size asked for within 15 sec! The shoe size that was asked about was the shoe on the wall the entire time. Just can’t believe he’ll blankly lie like this! It’s very sad me and my family had to deal with this behavior but we appreciate management for keeping things professional!"

"These dummies forget to take the theft tag thing off some Jordan sweatpants I bought. I realize when I go to wear them one day. Well I don’t go to the mall much so winter turns to summer and now it’s to hot to wear the SWEATpants . So eventually I go back to the footlocker wearing my 15,000$ Rolex and Jordan’s I purchased from there only to be told if I don’t get out of there they will call the police or mall security on me for theft LOL . Can’t make this up . Who ever was the guy that told me that that day you are a certified Clown. Acted like they don’t ever forget to take the plastic theft tags off."

"Horrible experience. When I called they put me on hold than hung up. They claim they're done with raffles but on release date they tell everyone where's your raffle ticket. Do not spend money on this footlocker in the Mall of Louisiana."
