"Completely turned around! I had stopped coming to this store because of the rudeness of the employees. you would say "hello" and they wouldn't even look at you. while they were checking you out,they wouldn't speak to you and would only look at you to get your money. very rude, and the store looked awful! But today, today I go in there and there is a lady working by herself. the store is stocked, looks and smells good, and she smiled said "hello!". when I got to the counter, I waited behind three customers. she was quick, efficient and super friendly.keep this lady! It's 1:30 on 9/9/22"

"I was going to check out but the cashier had a nasty attitude with me because she was in a middle of cleaning it was like I got on her nerves cause I was ready to check out so I decided to tell her well never mind I am not checking out it if you're going to have an attitude so I left what I was going to buy. I am not going to pay my money where there is poor customer service. Family dollar needs to do better with there employees attitudes and have friendlier people working for them."

"Manager and workers are hiding ESSENTIALS customers are looking for behind cashier counter. Every week customers can not find these items. Tylenol, Hand Santizers, Disinfectant Wipes, Lysol Spray. These items are never on the shelf. Pictures to prove it. Shame on the management of this store. So unfair to the community at a time like NOW."

"I went into the store at about 8:45 p.m. When I got to the register to check out, the cashier was extremely rude. I walked up to her with a smile on my face and walked out with a frown. I asked her to check a price for me on a pack of cigarettes and she wouldn't. I told her "You are too rude to be working in customer service," and she just looked at me, as if, she wanted to spit at me or something. She, also, did not ask me for my license for my tobacco purchase. Although, I am 36, I definitely don't look my age. I asked to speak with her manager, whom did apologize, however, it did not, at all, seem sincere. I didn't even ask for her name, because I didn't feel as though I would get it. She did not have on any visible name tag. I will be shopping at Dollar General, across the street, from tonight forward"

"I go in the store every day and the only time I have a bad experience is when the manager Debbie is in the store she could care less about the customers when the line is long she gets as far away as possible Instead of getting on a register and helping the cashier out. One day when the cashier needed her help with something about a price i got so tired of waiting for her i had to go find her myself. Now i know she could hear the girl calling her over and over. Now I work very hard and today is sunday i went there at 930 not realizing they close at 9 i said i thought you closed at 10 now the cashier said it's Sunday realizing I had my days wrong I turned around to go to the other store so tell me why she had to yell out look at the sign. Now I didn't ask for her smart mouth. I just don't understand why the only time she has anything to say its a smart ass comment it's just redicoulas i go in that store wveryday and spend alot of money in there but this is the last straw. This is not the first time I have gone online and made a complaint about her. I will walk across the highway from now on I'm not going to put up with her mad looks and smart mouth any longer...."
