"So much for Dollar tree in Elmwood. It has gone to hell in one of those $1.25 baskets they sell. This used to be one of the best locations but trifling employees and lousy service will kill it. Now there's self serve only??!! WTH. I choose to wait in line versus doing the job of the employees you pay. Self serve is fine for one or two items but not a basket full. Where's my discount for doing the work for you?? And don't have a problem with the stupid self check. That little red light just flashes as the worthless (manager?) Shuffles about slowly picking up random baskets and swinging her fax braids. .Not until I yell can I get some help here Does she bother to drag over, and just start punching in numbers. My stuff was already bagged, and the line was long. I should have just taken my stuff and left but $ tree is not worth jail time. Needless to say that's my last time shopping there."
"Store is always fully stocked, and the employees and managers are always courteous and helpful. ***update July 2022*** That was then, this is now……This store has seriously gone downhill, all new workers and management. What once was an excellent shopping experience, has been turned into an absolute nightmare. Corporate needs to come in and clean house with this new management. The store is a disaster and the employees are horribly rude and incompetent, especially the store manager."
