"I highly recommend this appliance store. The service is top notch. They care about you. Ask for Carter. He was so helpful with so much knowledge. We lost everything for hurricane Ida. I wanted Forno appliances. I googled and they came up as a seller. Carter greeted us and showed us exactly what we wanted. We left that day very happy. This was in April. Fast forward to yesterday Aug 17. They held all our appliances until we were ready. His delivery team is top notch. Very professional and helpful on delivery l. I ordered a self standing ice maker and paid extra for the stainless front. It was accidentally left at the store. We totally understood with our order of so many appliances. But to our surprise they went over and beyond. Carter himself came deliver it to our home. We live 1 and 1/2 hours from his store. What a noble thing he did. Where else you get this service? "Horrible experience with this company. Sales crew was wonderful. Warehouse was a different story. Waited twice as long as what was told to get items to warehouse. I understand shipping is crazy right now so I wasn't upset. When my washer and dryer arrived nobody called to tell me or to set up delivery /pickup. I had to call to find out it was there. Why wouldn't someone call and let me know immediately especially when a person waits twice as long as was promised. Was told delivery would be on a Tuesday a week after it arrived! I was told that someone would call and schedule a delivery time. The day before delivery I still didn't get a call about delivery time. I had to call again. I was told that they don't schedule deliverys till 1 pm the day before. I work and need to give my employer as much heads up as possible when taking off work. This is a big inconvenience. I began to relay my complaints to the woman that answered the phone at the warehouse and was told that she didn't have time to listen to my complaints! I was extremely upset but I've waited nearly a month at this point and needed a washer and dryer. I called back after getting off the phone and asked for management. I was told no one would be available till Friday. Well you can quess I never heard from a manager. When they did finally deliver they didn't even open the boxes to inspect the equipment. If something is wrong it's best to catch it before they leave. But apparently that makes too much sense. This is my last purchase from them and I hope that nobody else has to experience the lack of customer service and impathy I went through."

During the pandemic everything has been delayed so it was nice to have someone walk us through this process. We love our new appliances!"
