"Dairy queen is an has been in top 5 of my favorite hamburger/ ice cream and had not been there for a few weeks due to wait time and just NO FRIENDLINESS ARE ENTHUSIASM ABOUT THEIR JOB AND IT WOULD MAKE THE WAIT TIME A LITTLE BIT EASIER WELL I'M COMMANDING THEM TODAY AND I'M BACK TO MY FAVORITE BURGER JOINT.... IT'S A NEW MANAGER IN THERE AND SHE IS JUST AS NICE FRIENDLY AND POLITE AS SHE WANTS TO BE REALLY REALLY REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY VISIT TODAY STILL NEEDS A LITTLE WORK ON GETTING THE FOOD OUT FASTER."

"My husband had accidentally ordered from the wrong location online. So it made me late for pick up. They were very understanding and kind. The lady that helped me was extremely pleasant and did me a solid by not making me come in when I forgot my shoes in my rush to get out the door. I’ll be using this location again. May not be closer but definitely much nicer!"

"Dairy Queen in Port Arthur is the worst ever. I ordered a chocolate dip cone, regular cone, steak fingers country basket and a cup of vanilla with strawberry. I decided i wanted to change it to Oreo. Paid at the window the employee told us to pull to the front waited 12 minutes. Employee came out and our cones were in a cup, my strawberry supposedly Oreo didn't have s lid on it. The ice doesn't look like what it's suppose too it just looks sloppy. Disappointed this is why I decided not to go to the one in Port Arthur, Tx the other Dairy queen are way much better!"

"I went through the drive thru and was the second car parked. I got my food second to last. All the employees inside kept looking at us like they were nervous or guilty of something. They could have just said if their was a mistake made somewhere or something. But I got no reason for the extremely long wait, the stares and nervous behavior or the reason everyone got their food before me."
