"Horrible‼️waited 20 Mins to get order taken at drive thru. Waited another 15 mins to receive order. It wasn't pack.The driver thru worker who so happened to be the manager on duty ( Ms.jocelyn) was extremely slow. Charged my card twice. When asked for a receipt. She played like she didn't know how to reprint it when she never gave me one in the beginning .Our food was cold and horrible...a total waste"
"Not impressed with their new Ch'King sandwich. The chicken was about a quarter inch thick and the crust was soggy. Popeye's and Chick-fil-A have nothing to worry about in the chicken sandwich wars. Update - later found out they substituted the chicken from the $1 value meal for the Ch'King sandwich. The "real" Ck'King chicken patty is much better than the value meal chicken patty. Still keeping my 1 star because they gave me the $1 sandwich when I paid for the Ch'King."
