"This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I have accepted over 5 deliveries from this location and every time this restaurant was out of what was ordered by the customer. I just downloaded the Wendy's app and ordered a Dave's double burger and they were out of burgers. How in the heck is a Wendy's out of burgers! Worst Wendy's ever by far, I bet it is the absolute worst Wendy's in the entire United States of America! I will never accept a delivery or visit this store again, as long as I am still alive! Never again and I also deleted the app because a customer can not cancel the order on the app if the restaurant doesn't have what you order and it takes 1 to 3 days for someone from Wendy's support to get back to you on canceling order and getting refunded. It's unbelievable a Major chain like Wendy's is not intelligent enough to have a way to cancel an order on their app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD and ORDER ANYTHING from WENDY'S!"
"Horrible meal. This is the 3rd time in a row. I've had a bad, cold, careless, and ill-prepared food at Wendy's. NO MORE OF THIS FAST FOOD CHAIN. I'm so disappointed. AND they were out of Frosty's. Really? I wipe my hands of this chain. So sad. AND it was $30; we spent $30 on Macalisters Deli the next day and hot a great amount of food that was hot and delicious and fed us for 2 more meals after that. Once again, bye-bye Wendy's."
"I ordered on the mobile app. I went inside the store and was told that they only have spicy nuggets. They then ran out of spicy nuggets then told me that I would get fries with my order instead. I ordered four biggie meals, one crispy chicken sandwich and the other three were double stacked burgers. The burgers tasted very spoiled and old. I watched as the burgers were sitting on the table the whole time I was waiting. They then picked the burgers up and placed them in some type of microwave to heat them up. I’m very very dissatisfied about knowing that they served me very old meat. I did not finish the food. I threw it in the trash where it should have been put and not served."
"We're walking to the restaurant almost fell coming in the front door because they do not have a wet floor sign in the floor is wet. So I told the lady at the front counter she should put the wet floor sign out before somebody that is when her attitude started. I am here to pick up a doordash order that has already been paid for and should be ready at the location. And she said they waited on four more customer before they even asked me who the doordash order was for. I don't even know what they're preparing the order or thinking about it."
"Decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. I was in the mood for the fish sandwich that was on an advertisement but I couldn't find it on the menu. Took awhile to get our order taken & when we finally did we have a nice drive thru operator.. Placed an order that the fish sandwich was made fresh and not double dipped meaning sitting under a heat lamp-then reheated and served. Anyway we were asked to pull to the side which we did. That took awhile and when we finally got the sandwich with hard as a brick and looked burned (see photo) We were told they can't give Refunds cause their general manager wasn't on duty. I don't know how you can accept somebody's money give them something you wouldn't eat yourself then tell em they can't get a refund. Ok. We asked that it is redone and was told it always comes out like that. Ok we waited again for awhile and surprisingly it was made fresh and even though the crust on the fish was hard but not brick hard it was actually hot and fresh! Seriously I thought I was gonna have to call corporate cause like I said they said no refunds. So buyer BEWARE"
