Rouses Market

"I like shopping at Rouses and support local groceries . They have good varieties of produce , meat and seafood. However , yesterday I bought shrimp , ( which i usually do every other week ) and when i went home I discovered it was far from fresh, in a matter effect , i had to throw it :("

"Let me tell you...I have been in Lafayette for 3 years and had never gone to Rouse's. I finally went just before Christmas. Let me tell you I fell in love with the store. Everyone was so nice and the butchers were right there to ask them questions. I got a crown roast and they stuffed it for me there. Rouse's is now my #1grocery store. I was telling a friend about it and she agreed. She told me I need to go at lunch and get one of the meals. It's out of this world. Gonna check that out next. Highly Recommend."

"Haven't received weekly ads in 6+ months now. Went to the customer service desk and inquired if they had discontinued mailing their ads. The first young man made it clear he had only been there a month and wasn't aware of the issue. A superior came into the booth and was asked the same question, He mumbled something while waking away and showed no interested in finding out why their ads are no longer being delivered. To me, this is simply another reason to no longer shop at ROUSES an a consistent basis."

"Fully stocked shelves. Clean and organized. Friendly Staff. Great supplies offered during Mardi Gras. Rouses needs to offer more Organic food choices for their customers."
