"I was in need of a boys swim suit for my 7 year old and didn't have much time to drive around so I ran in here (for the first time ever) and they had a great selection of baby, toddler, and kids clothing. The associate showed me to the swim suits, pulled out what they had in my son's size, and told me a little about some of the brands. I bought one (that I liked) and thought I should have sent a picture just in case, sure enough he liked a different style and pattern more, I ran back in and they were more than happy to switch it for me. We ended up getting an amazing suit from the Beaufort Bonnet Co. It quickly became my sons favorite swimsuit and looks so nice on him. While my son has outgrown most of the brands they carry, I will be back to shop for my daughters (ages 6 and 4) and baby gifts, they have the most precious outfits! The main reason I will be going back is the customer service was absolutely amazing! I was in a rush and she quickly helped me find exactly what I needed (twice). With so many childrens brands, specialty boutiques, and online retailers it was nice to find a great store with amazing service close to home!"

"Why do we shop boutique? For professional service, unique, and one of a kind merchandise. But be warned, if you need an exchange forget it!! Precious shower gift was too small and I was told unprofessionally there was no exchange or store credit available to me. To say she made me uncomfortable would be an understatement. But after she said to “re-gift” it, I was beyond offended. I had shopped gifts in the past with Kiddeaux’s but will not make that mistake in the future. I would never want any Mother to Be to experience this sort of treatment from my gift purchases!"
