"Was visiting New Orleans for the weekend with a limited timeframe, and planned a relatively definitive list of places I wanted to shop around at. Along the way I stumbled upon Rubensteins, which I’ve never heard of at the time being. Immediately, I was met with the upmost hospitality and friendliness. The clothing was top notch and pretty extensive with a variety of good clothing line brands. Ended up leaving with more than intended and narrowed my list of stores down significantly! Every employee was easy to get along with and very informative. I could have stayed there for hours just talking with each one of them about anything. Will definitely be coming back again the next time I’m in town."

"This is a top-notch store that's located right on Canal! Our sales rep, Ozzy Hunter, helped me when I was in a pinch! I traveled to New Orleans for vacation and it was colder than expected. I needed a nice jacket to wear to dress-code establishments and I bought a beautiful Peter Millar jacket for me and my husband. Mr. Rubenstein was there in the store on that Saturday afternoon and welcomed me too! No wonder this business has lasted for generations. Well done! "I will never shop here again. After taking 4 hours to take measurements for custom suits and shirts--which cost a fortune--the suits fit terribly after they arrived--and certainly no better than "off the rack" merchandise from budget men's stores. In short, they add no value to the already frustrating and expensive process of shopping for clothing. I am not seeking any recompense from the store; I will simply have to find somewhere else next time."
