"Just came through from Louisiana Google this bar, and I TRULY enjoyed myself nice Friendly Staff and customers just enjoying Christmas with family and friends they had gumbo, and it was so good even got a bag of rice from" Brossard's Crawfish Farm " I most definitely will visit again one love..."

"We like to go on Thursdays for the burger lunch special. It's always fresh & tastes great. Today my side of okra was undercooked resulting in it being slimy on the inside. I find that to be gross so thankfully I was able to give them to my husband & I ate a few of his fries."

"Went for dinner for our first visit. It was a casual atmosphere; our server was prompt and pleasant. Their menu selections were very impressive, and I was surprised at how many different foods they had from sandwiches and burgers to chicken fried steak, shrimp, and hamburger steak with gravy. My daughter got a dinner that had grilled shrimp, and it was really good. I got the hamburger steak dinner, and it was also good. We both got the garlic mashed potatoes(homemade!) and grilled corn. Everything tasted good and was seasoned just right. We'll definitely be back and will explore some of their other menu options."

"Fantastic and upbeat staff! Friendly and smiling! Laid back and awesome! Almost like a 'hole in the wall', but BETTER! I hit this place up on burger night. "The Westerner" was cooked to perfection and exactly how I ordered it. There are extras that, of course, cost extra. But it's worth it! The flavor was a spot on good burger! AND, I didn't have to cut it in half. I substituted hand battered onion rings for the side. They were cooked to a golden tender yummy perfection! Topped it all off with a nice draft and it was a perfect meal. I even got a meal to go so I could eat it again later."

"Happy hour in Texas, of course! Big establishment with covered patio for outside smoking. Tables and bar seating with TVs and entertainment. The menu has many options to decide from & to bartender mixed the drinks really good. They have pickle juice so go ahead and order that Jameson and pickle back. The gumbo is *chef kiss* don't cheat yourself by ordering a cup. My chicken fried steak, fried okra and dirty rice was a meal I was craving, so close to home cooking. Thank You."
