"Don’t buy gifts here—they only do exchanges, no returns… and only with receipts… and only within 7 days of purchase. Their return policy is one thing, that’s their prerogative, but the fact that they have to tell it to you with a nasty attitude gives their store a foul odor. And they don’t seem to care. I can’t imagine that it was the actual store owner I was dealing with, but they shouldn’t even have staff addressing customers like that. It’s so disappointing that a local business operates with the attitude that they just don’t care about your patronage. I love and support our local businesses, but I won’t support this one any longer."

"I try shopping local as much as possible and I’ve shopped here several times. But the last time I went I bought several things and I bought my first essential oil for my daughter One of the young girls helped me pick a smell out I used a debit card and didnt pay attention to the total till I got home When I realized that I had been charged $36 for a small bottle of this oil i asked my daughter and she was like mom there are oils way cheaper than that so I called the store and was told it was not returnable even tho it had not been opened and just purchased the night before. I wasn’t offered a store credit or an exchange or anything. I have purchased from this type of store with multi vendors in Denham springs and they have always been willing to offer me an exchange I won’t be shopping here any longer I’ll shop where they work with a customer. I know I should have paid attention to the total but was talking to the girl instead."

"If you are looking for shopping that meets all your needs in one place, this is for you. Beware of the clothes at some of the independent retailers in here and the prices. I purchased 3 shirts on a Friday, brought them home and washed them before wearing and the hem came out of all 3. Tried to bring them back and exchange or get a refund and was turned away and was told no returns. The jewelry is fabulous though at Jillry. You will never be disappointed about something from her shop."
