"The guy who helped me today at Tanger in Gonzales was awesome. I forget his name but his salesperson # is 685404. I was looking for new work shoes. He gave me great recommendations, had sizes to me before I even sat and took my shoes off, and was super personable. I ended up with 2 new pairs instead of one. Otherwise, he would've gotten me on those socks. I hope to see him again next time!"

"Horrible! Take note; Every person is a $$$! I literally watched and experienced how your employees purposely ignore, look-over, and go out there way to not acknowledge if a customer needs help. The best part is the moment I walked over to them and said, "I was leaving and not one said.. did we help? Did you find everything helpful? Is there any specific color, size, etc... just plain'o "nada!""

"Couple of weeks ago, I stopped by this store (Journeys) and thankfully found what I was looking for. The employee that was at the moment, a guy whose name is CADE, provided me with the best customer service I had ever had in a long time. He was so attentive, polite and careful. Superb!! He even helped me with placing an online order for me in order to get the right size for one of the models I needed. Please, keep this kind of workers in your store because they end up being so helpful for us, your customers. He is a great asset for the store. Thanks once again."

"HORRIBLE customer service. I was not greeted upon arrival, they asked me if i was looking for kid shoes because i had my son with me then proceeded to tell me they don't carry kids shoes before i could answer. I told the associate i was looking for myself, then told her what shoe i was looking for. She said “we dont have em” and turned away from me and walked away. Rule number one for a journeys employee… if we do not have it we can certainly order them for you. But instead i was ignored the rest of my visit. I won’t be back at all unless this store gets proper training."

"I’ve never been greeted. Myself and one other customer in the store and I could not get any help. The cashier with the red colored hair looked at me and turned away to go into the back. I really wanted two pairs of shoes, but I couldn’t justify begging to spend my money. This is the 3rd, yet final time. I will stick to online or the mall of Louisiana."
