"Worker is very rude. Was screamed at for going into the dressing room, the door was open. wasn’t aware we had to ask to be let in. got yelled at for having two people in the stall while the stall next to us also had two people in it. woman with grown out blonde hair."

"My granddaughter and her friend were shopping in this store tonight and were very rudely treated by a store employee (thin woman with reddish colored hair). They were in the dressing room together, not realizing that having more than 1 person in the dressing room was against store rules. This employee very loudly told them that only 1 person was allowed and asked where the “damn sign” was, then loudly said that she “hates stupid people”! Needless to say, they left everything they were going to purchase and walked out! This employee need lessons in customer service ASAP!!"

"Last night I came in and had a less than pleasant experience. The workers weren’t very friendly, and upon exiting the dressing room, I asked if I could set the $270 worth of clothes I wanted on the counter so I could continue shopping. The rude worker with the blue and purple hair replied, “Uh, you can put them back” with a bad attitude. Even if I was asking her to take all of the clothes, it’s literally her job to. I just needed to set it all down because I was carrying too much at the time. Not to sound like a Karen, but I just don’t expect to be spoken to like that when I’m spending money at an establishment. Don’t work in retail if you don’t like it! Don’t take it out on the customers. Hopefully this review is taken seriously and PacSun reconsiders the type of customer service they are currently allowing."
