"Only 4 on the atmosphere because, no matter which House you go to, there is always that one employee that insists on loudly banging the dishes when they clean them. They apparently have no idea that their banging fills the entire space making, for ever how long it takes to clean what they are washing, a very unpleasant dining experience. Everything else is fine. The food, the wait staff, the clean tables....but the banging... terrible."
