"The customer service from them is non existent. If you have an issue, good luck getting anyone on the phone. No one calls back in the time frame they say that they will. No clear direction on who to talk to for which issues. Been trying to cancel for months with no luck. Can't get them to pick up remaining uniforms. No one in management steps up to handle situations. Just wants to put the blame on the drivers. Wish we would have never given them a chance. You meet with a sales rep who acts like they will be available anytime you need anything. Think again. Once you sign a contract, they disappear."
