Recently we where visited by there Territory Manager( Lloyd Riley) and was very surprised that he took the time to come into are office to meet us and to see if there was anything that he could do to make things better. "I had an awesome experience at Appliance Parts Depot (APD). Starting with the phone call to the in house service, Claude was very courteous, helpful and informative. He confirmed my part (bake element) was in stock base upon my model number, but before letting me make a thirty minutes drive, he put me on hold to visually ensure the part was available. When he return, he informed me the part was available and he pulled it and assigned it to me. He said all I had to do was just state my name upon arrival. When I arrived, I had a few questions about my Maytag range. Again, Claude researched the unit and walked me through each question. I installed the part successfully and it’s operating properly.
