"They lie to their customers. I needed to have a sectional sofa picked up because I would no longer to be able to keep it. I called on a Thursday to arrange a pickup for the sectional and I was told that the soonest day they could schedule me for a pickup would be on Tuesday after 3:00 pm. Well 5:00 came around and the merchandise still hadn't been picked up and I didn't recieve any kind of phone call from them either. I called Aaron's in thibodaux , La. They said their guys would be here first thing in the morning but it would have to be on Thursday so its a whole week now since I called to arrange the pickup and it is thursday 12:25pm and no one is here yet. People don't waist your time with them."
