"This subway is skimpy as heck on the meat! Especially compared to other stores! You will feel cheated ordering from here sad to say"

"Not unpleasant, but the customer service is lacking, she prepared my sandwich the way she felt she didn't even ask me if I wanted my bread toasted, she just toasted it, and she added the very minimal ingredient almost as if she was counting the cheeses shreds, and pickles? I wont go back to that one, she was on the phone the whole time, in her headbuds, i wasn't greeted , or anything"

"Terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter was very rude. I was on the phone with my mother because she had me ask a couple of questions about their new menu items. I only asked him two questions and then continued talking to my mother as she told me her order. Now I know it's rude to talk on the phone in these situations, however, I wasn't going to place my order until I ended the call, and I was the only person in the store at the time so it's not like I was holding up a line. Well, the guy behind the counter began tapping his finger, huffing his breath, and rolling his eyes as if I was an inconvenience to him. He was trying to rush me even though I was on the phone with my mom. I would put his name, but they don't wear nametags. Just know that I won't be visiting this location again."

"Cleanliness is a concern. I’ve seen the guy that’s always there pick his nose behind the counter, carry a tray from his car inside and proceed to make my sandwich without washing his hands. But TODAY there was a shell from a roach in my sandwich. Almost as if the roach molted it’s skin and kept it moving. Do roaches even molt?! It’s a hard NO for me. Clean your place up"

"UPDATE 9.12.16: New people running the store today. Might be new management. Either I got bread I didn't ask for, or they made it wrong. Who knows? The tuna seemed tastless and they scrimped on the portion. The sandwich was terrible."
