"So I pull up to the drive-thru window and let them know I had ordered online but wanted half grilled and half original and the guy tells me to come inside. I go inside just to find out they don’t even have grilled nor do they have a way to prepare grilled. I was so disappointed but I had already paid online so I just said, “ok can u please just make sure it’s fresh”. And the manager says it’s all fresh. Got home and it really was not fresh. I also felt like they could have offered something, at least even a drink for my inconvenience but they did not. So I’m deleting my KFC app and never going to KFC again."
