"I used drive thru. The lady who took the order was very professional. The lady at the window, by accident I am sure, did not give me my drink. I returned via lobby to request my drink that was accidentally forgotten. The lady at the register started making fun of how I spoke and I was handed extremely sweet tea instead of unsweet. I could not drink it. I thought I'll save time and get it elsewhere."

"Usually when I go to Popeye's I'm expecting to receive the same trash service (Harvey& marrero locations) But since I was in the Algiers area I went and had and placed a mobile order and again I wasn't expecting nothing to go smooth because of previous experiences. When I pulled in the driveway I see the line with long for drive-thru and a couple people were inside but I was prepared to expect the worst. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The service was prompt and quick You can see the staff was working hard and together and I didn't even have to wait in line They were able to hand me my mobile order everything was correct and fresh. I have never been so impressed. I didn't think to take pictures until after I dug in and trust me they had way more fries than that."

"Been in line 30 MIN unable to leave because someone is behind and in front. No movement in the line. Just straight waiting. What could you possibly be doing for 30 min? ….. 2 cars in front of me with no reasoning or notice on when I can leave here. This is my whole lunch break! Food should not be like this to get!!! I wish I was exaggerating ! But I’m not. I won’t have time to eat. Anything. THEY WORK SO SLOW here - just waiting in line got me fed up before I even get the food. Ridiculous. Those who could back out , most def did and drove away !so much business lost and for what?if your understaffed hire more people. If you’re not, rehire a new crew who could work in the correct speed!"

"3825 Gen Degaulle location was the worst it has ever been, the chicken sandwich was disgusting and old and chicken was stringy, our whole entire family meal made us all sick!!! This use to be my favorite location but the lady manager must not be there anymore. I could see people on cell phones in the back and just not carrying about food quality."

"Food was okay, alittle dry. Just have to reheat it. After that it was good. Customer service was great just had to repeat ourselves more than a couple of times which is ok because maybe the speakers weren't 2 good. The line (drive thru) took awhile but once u got 2 the window it was a reasonably quick interaction."
