"I had a wonderful experience here today before work. I sat in the middle seat at the bar, directly in front of the grill, so I got a front row seat to something magnificent. Although they were slammed busy, they worked as a team. They were well staffed, and even management was helping out— it was all hands on deck at Waffle House. As someone that has worked in service industry for a long time, I loved to see how seamlessly they worked their system. Amongst all the chaos, I witnessed harmony within their team. I was welcomed and taken care of by Crystal, and she made sure to check in on me throughout my time there. The food was great, and my experience set me up for a great day at work. "I placed a phone order the lady on the phone was polite and nice. She went outside (still on the phone w me) to let cook know there was a phone order. So the ladies who were sitting outside started talking spack to her, I heard her say the lady is in the parking lot. I waited about 3 minutes no one moved. So I pulled up to the group and told the lady i was on the phone to cancel the order. She said oh she was about to get up, I told her no its ok... customer service from the cooking staff sucks. And if this was their mood all night sales should be down. Mind you there was a guy in his uniform sitting in his truck sleep. The entire overnight staff was outside that is not sanitary. Waffle house yall paid that crew to relax because they wasnt working."

"The waitress was the best part..my bacon chicken melt , bacon BURNT. Hash browns tasted like onions & my hubbys egg over easy had that dry crusty stuff n bacon was overcooked. Not worth $40. We ate it BC we didn't eat for 2 days."
